We guarantee total data security. All data files (lists) maintained or processed on a client's behalf by Computer Systems Associates (CSA) will be secured and protected against physical damage and/or unauthorized use. This includes the use of off-site backup storage for any permanent lists maintained by CSA for a client. To further ensure that lists are protected against unauthorized use, we invite all clients to include seed names in their lists that are only known to them. This will allow a client to detect an unauthorized use of a list should one occur. CSA will only process client lists upon receiving written orders (via mail, fax or e-mail) directly from the client/owner/broker or authorized agents for same. In certain instances, where expediency is essential, verbal orders from authorized users will be accepted but only with follow-up written confirmation prior to shipping.
